You can start with templates by creating a new message or replying to one.
Now when you want to add a attachment as text, open the new message and click on the "Attach File" command from the Quick Access Toolbar at the very top of the message (not the Attach File. Templates are a simple way to create automated messages. Open a new message and click on the drop down list for the Quick Access tool bar and select Attach File so it will be visible on the toolbar.
